These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this site and any fall porch package you reserve with Space Coast Porch Pumpkins ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting the reservation form, you agree to these terms. This is a draft policy pending legal review.
Reservations and quotes
Submitting the "Reserve Your Porch" form is a request for service, not a confirmed booking. Package prices shown on this site are starting prices for the described package; retail, commercial, and custom installations are quoted individually based on your property and the design requested. A specialist will follow up within one business day to confirm pricing, availability, and your delivery date.
Scheduling and delivery
Installations are scheduled by area during our fall season (late September through October) to keep each delivery route efficient. We will confirm a delivery window with you in advance. You do not need to be home for delivery as long as we have access to your porch or entryway.
Pumpkin quality and Florida weather
Pumpkins are a perishable, seasonal product. Florida's heat, humidity, rain, and sun affect how long a whole, uncarved pumpkin lasts, and we cannot guarantee a specific lifespan for any pumpkin or seasonal accent. If a pumpkin deteriorates unusually quickly, contact us and we will determine whether a replacement is appropriate at our discretion.
Property access and liability
By reserving a package, you authorize our team to access your porch, entryway, or designated commercial entrance to deliver, install, style, and (if included in your package) later remove your display. We take reasonable care while on your property but are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, and any damage claims must be reported to us promptly so we can address them.
Cancellations and changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a reservation. Because installations are routed by area and season, changes made close to your scheduled delivery date may not always be accommodated.
Add-ons and custom designs
Seasonal add-ons (extra pumpkins, mums, hay bales, cornstalks, signage, end-of-season pickup, etc.) are priced as shown on this site at the time of your order and may be added to any package. Custom installations and large commercial displays are quoted individually and are not bound by the package pricing shown here.
Service area
Our primary service area includes Melbourne, West Melbourne, Viera, Palm Bay, Indialantic, Indian Harbour Beach, Satellite Beach, Melbourne Beach, Rockledge, Cocoa, and Merritt Island. If your address is outside this area, contact us and we will let you know whether delivery is available and whether a travel fee applies.
Payment
Payment terms and accepted methods will be confirmed with you when your reservation is scheduled, prior to delivery.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space Coast Porch Pumpkins is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services, beyond the amount you paid for the applicable package.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
